FITWELL has been making cotter and split pins for over 45 years, and you’ll find our pins in products built by manufacturers across India. The brand ran for many years under Jay Ambe Industries, and on 1 April 2024 we changed the company name to Axel Enterprise. The name is new, but the people and the quality behind FITWELL are the same.
FITWELL was started more than four decades ago by its original owner. About twenty years ago, Shashikant Madia and Vinod Madia took over the brand and ran it as Jay Ambe Industries. Over the next twenty years they built it into a name buyers could count on for steady, consistent quality.
In 2024 Vinod Madia retired, and the business passed to the next generation. Ankit Madia took over and set it up under the new name, Axel Enterprise. Today he runs FITWELL together with his father, Shashikant Madia. The aim is simple: make good pins, and look after the people who buy them.
